PROGRAM FEES
Invoices are issued at least 3 days before the 1st of the month. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of care.
The program does not refund fees for days not attended, including misconduct, vacation days and unexpected closures.
We reserves the right to review the fees annually and will provide a minimum of one month’s written notice for changes. We require a refundable deposit of half months fee, which will be returned with 30 days written notice of withdrawal from the program. Fees for Spring Break and Summer will be made available at the time registration.
Our agency’s programs are opted in to the British Columbia Fee Reduction Initiative.
