It's that time again, the Big Squeeze is back for another year!
2020 has shaped up to be a tough year for us all. But you know what they say – when life gives you lemons, make lemonade – and that is just what we intend to do! While the event will look differently than it has in the past, it's guaranteed to be just as sweet.
There is how to support Big Squeeze:
1. Restaurant Competition:
In order to best keep you, our partners, and our volunteers safe, we will NOT be facilitating a city-wide lemonade stand competition. Instead, only the restaurants will be going head to head to be crowned as the coveted "Big Squeeze"! On August 5th, get a glass of lemonade at any (or all!) of the participating restaurants.

2. Lemons, Lemons, and More Lemons:
Leading up to, and/or on August 5th, some of your favourite local stores will be selling lemon-centric items for you to enjoy!

Cobs Bread - Selling Lemon Blueberry Scones! - Available in store on August 5th.

Farmhouse Catering - Selling Lemon Chicken Cream Rigatoni Pasta and Sparking Mint/Rhubarb Lemonade! - Available for pick up on August 5th via pre-sale.

3. Take the “When Life Gives you Lemons Challenge”!
We challenge you to drink lemon juice or eat a lemon wedge for kid’s sake!
Donate to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC by visiting HERE - No minimum donation, give what you are able!
Film yourself eating a lemon wedge or drinking lemon juice and upload the video on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram - Don’t forget to tag us at @bigsnbc and use #BigSqueeze2020
